Secars URL hits on enterprise proxy

Hi all,

Browsers on our intranet are configured in such a way that the local addresses will be accesses without reaching to entrprise proxy. However on one of our proxies I'm getting hits for SECARS URL of antivirus server for that location. Someone might say that browser exeptions are not configured properly and thats why hits are going to proxy. But does SEP client on system is aware of these browser exeptions and does it makes use of it?
