My License Shows "Will Expire"-Meaning of license

Dear Friends,

I have SEPM installed on windwos 2008, and i used .SIF file to install the license in my SEPM but it shows "initial license" and shows an expiry date as well.

Any action required from my side to keep my SEPM up and running.

Can you have a look at the agreement and tell the license will expire or not?.

I have attached SEPM license agreement, and also the snapshot of the license details from SPEM (Deleted the license number due to security reason)
