Location-specific Policies and Settings

I have created diffrent Locations and under "Location-specific Settings:" i have the "Communications Settings: Group - Pull" for every Location i have created.

I now want to set diffrent "Management Server List" for every Location, but when i cange the Management Server List for Location 1, and then sets another Management Server List for Location 2 and then reopens Location 1, the last choosed list from locaton 2 i listed, is these not possible to have diffrent values for diffrent locations?
