SEP conflit with VB6

Hi,

When SEP 12 was installed, VB6 can't be installed in Windows 7. In the VB6 installation procress, it will ask to update latest Windows service pack but must be failure to install. Finally, VB6 installation failed.

Tested if no SEP, VB6 insllation is smoothly completed.

Please suggest how to fix, since most PC was insllated SEP. We don't want to re-install all PC.
