Product to filter email

Hello everyone,

I want a product (software) that tells the name of attachment sent in an email from an organization.

Eg: If a user is sending an email with 5 attachments from my organization using Gmail as webmail and Chrome as the browser, then the product should be able to tell the name of attachment, and other details. Does Symantec have such product?
