SEP Groups - Moving endpoints from one group to another

I am creating a process that would move an endpoint from one group to another group with different sets of policy such as device control etc, remotely.  I have been trying to import communication settings remotely via sylink, i even tried importing communication settings manually to move an endpoint from one group to another, but it is not work.

Is there a way to move an endpoint from group to another group remotely? via command line or utility tool? or is there a setting within SEPM that is preventing me to move an endpoint to another group even by importing communicaiton setting for another group.
