I need a solution
I have been provided with a .pgp file that is supposed to be the public key to be used for encryption of files to be delivered to the provider.
I have tried to import the key on Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2, however every time that I try to do so the following error is displayed.
"Encryption Desktop is unable to import any keys,certificates, or groups from the selected file."
If any one can provide some assistance I would be much appreciated.
Please note that I am not encryption savy hence you will need to bare with my ignorance a little.
