DLP endpoints on same machine

Hi,

Planing to install symantec dlp endpoint agents on machines which already have Mcafee HDLP agent running(Mcafee HDLP-DLP functionality is not licensed,Licensed only for Device Control).Will there be any issues installing the symantec dlp agent as Mcafee HDLP agent is running on the same machine?  Any thoughts?
