I need a solution
Just purchased SEP 12.1 SBE for a new install, thinking I'd use the cloud management option. Went to hostedendpoint.spn.com and entered the license number and I get this message:
Your serial number M########## is invalid. Please contact support for assistance.
Went to FileConnect, entered the same s/n, and got right in, so I believe the s/n is valid.
What do I need to do to get access to the cloud console?
