Cannot login to SEP management console

Hi.

I have a server where I cannot login to the SEP Mgmt console.

I'm seeing in the app event log a message stating that the Java Virtual machine has exited with a code of -1, the service is being stopped.

I had this happen once and called support and they were able to resolve.  I was hoping to locate a document so I could have that handy for future use.

If I try to connect at the console login I receive a failed to connect to server message.

I can stop and restart the server but then the same log events are generated and same error is thrown at login.

Help appreciated.
