how to allow access to unrepaired and infected file

hi,

I'm using scan engine for NAS with the RPC protocol but I don't have a quarantine server in my company.The scan engine denies access to infected files that are unrepaired and every time that i try to access them the computer gets stuck and i can't access them.I'd like to know how to access those suspicious infected files.
