Client machines not updating from GUP

Hi Guys

I am using sep 12.1 ,facing lot of problem from my gup .

My gup is in the different location from the SEPM server .

GUP is updating with the sep server but not providing the virus definitions to the client machines .

Client system logs show downloading updates from GUP n downloads the updates .But not the virus definitions

As far as I know I have configured the gup correctly .

My gup is a windows 7 32 bit

Pls do help me out guys .
