Can't find Symantec endpoint protection file 12.1 RU4 MP1b

Hi all,

I need to install 12.1 RU4 MP1b(now we have 12.1.4100.4126 ) on some SEP windows client, with live update disabled(we use the manager), for defeating the vulenrability:

I have found the following guide for installing the update

The update manual sead that the file is available on symantec fileconnect, but when i go in there is only these files for download

could someoune tell me where can i find the file.
