Archive Versions of Symantec Endpoint

Hello 

We just purchase online Symantec Endpoint for 20 users. All OK downloaded and installed without any problems.

We use a VPN connection to one of our suppliers and need to have Ver 12.1.2. The version that we downloaded is Ver 12.1.5 and Archived Versions is greyed out.

Any way that we can have a previous version for this particular PC ?
