Meaning of 'Disabled' and 'Offline' clients on Dashboard

I need a solution

Hi,

Can someone explain the meaning of 'Disabled' and 'Offline' clients displayed on the dashboard?

More than 100 and 2000 clients are shown as 'Disabled' and 'Offline'.

In both the cases, some respond to PING and some do not.

The following URL also returns OK.

http://<SEPM_Server_IP_or_Machine_Name:Port>/secars/secars.dll?hello,secars

1. What should one understand with clients being Offline or Disabled?

2. Why do they become Offline or Disabled?

3. How to prevent clients from going Offline or Disabled?
