PGP SSO Prevents GPO's from being applied

I am running PGP on Windows 7 machines, and i have come to realize that in order for a new GPO to be applied to the workstations is for the user to "Restart"--> after they provide their network credentials and PGP logs them on they will have to log off and then log back in at the windows credentials screen, I assume its doing this because PGP caches the credentials and so when a user logs in it doesnt contact a logon server to get any new GPO's or log on scripts. 

Is there any way that i can configure PGP's SSO to always attempt to contact a logon server and then if one can not be reached then use the cached credentials?

Any help with this is greatly appreciated
