Reboot Loops after installing SEP 12.1.5

Hello,

This the first time faced this issue that after installing SEP 12.1.5 on Laptop "Win 7 64-bit" and restart the pc, it stop on shutting down screen and should to force shutting down. but when i installed 12.1.4 to work normal.
